At OldMags.com, our commitment to our customers is to offer convenience, service and product availability online at competitive prices. We also offer merchandise at promotional prices.
We may offer merchandise on-line at the same price at which it is offered in our retail outlets or our catalog. However, in some cases, the prices will be different because the website, stores and catalogs may choose to offer items at different prices and may run different promotional events at different times. Additionally, we may offer a product, price or promotion that is not available in the stores or the catalog.
For this reason, prices and other promotional offers (such as coupons and additional discounts) offered at our stores or catalog may not be applied toward purchases from OldMags.com. Similarly, prices and other promotional offers (such as promotion codes and free shipping) from OldMags.com may not be applied toward purchases from our stores or the catalog. However, prices and promotions in the OldMags.com catalog are available when you are ordering merchandise from the same catalog on-line.
For your shopping convenience, Gift Cards may be purchased and redeemed on-line, in a store or through our catalog. However, certificates or awards issued in store (e.g., reward certificates, merchandise only certificates and bonus dollars) may only be used in our stores; certificates, awards and bonus dollars offered in a OldMags.com catalog may only be used for catalog purchases, including the on-line catalogs.
When we refer to an "Original" price on our web site, this means that the merchandise was previously offered at the higher "original" price listed. The phrase "clearance" or "close out" is used to identify permanently marked down merchandise that is being discontinued.
On our section of the site, we may refer to the "Regular" price of an item or identify an item as being on "Sale". This means that the item is being offered at a reduced price for a promotional event and will return to the "Regular" price after the event. The phrase "Formerly" is used to identify permanently marked down merchandise that may continue to be ordered, while "Originally" identifies permanently marked down merchandise that is being discontinued.
"Regular," "Original" or "Former" prices referenced on this website reflect offering prices from our website, our catalogs or our stores that may not have resulted in actual sales, and some "Original" or "Former" prices may not have been in effect during the past 90 days. Intermediate markdowns may have been taken.
The terms "Great Value" and "Special Purchase" represent the everyday price for an item.
"Clearance", "Closeout" and "Special Purchase" offers are available only while supplies last. When we offer clearance, close-out or special purchase merchandise, as you may expect, we often experience a high volume of orders. When that happens, our real-time inventory system sometimes is not able to keep up with demand, and we may have to cancel certain orders after they are accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience should this occur with your order.
When merchandise is offered as a set, we also may tell you what the items would cost if they were purchased separately. We may call this an "open stock value" or an "if purchased separately" price. In that case, the "if purchased separately price" is the price at which such merchandise is regularly offered in our stores, and some or all of the individual units may not be available for purchase on-line. Open stock values are based on the stores' regular prices; actual savings will be less if the individual items in the set are on sale.
"Lowest Prices of the Season" on merchandise refers to four seasons per year, Winter (January-March), Spring (April-June), Summer (July-September) and Fall (October-December). Prices may be lowered further during the season for clearance.
While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right at any time to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description.
