Low Price Guarantee

How Does our Low Price Guarantee Work for on-line and catalog purchases?

We offer a low price guarantee! If you find a lower advertised price than our net delivered price, on an identical product, at a Web Competitor that offers at least twenty thousand unique magazines, within 7 days of making your purchase on our website or through our catalog, we will match that price! The item and the title must be a regularly stocked item at the Web Competitor's website, be in-stock at the moment you made a purchase as well as the time we verify the price match. It must be available for purchase with next day shipping and be in an identical condition. Our price match will not apply if the Web Competitor does not use an SSL certificate in its own name or has a higher shipping charge and they must be located in and shipping from the continental United States.

Simply contact us and we will match the price. Please remember that you must have proof of the low price available to fax or email when you contact us.

We reserve the right to reject any price match that cannot be verified by proof acceptable to us in our sole discretion.

Which Web Competitors are specifically excluded from the price match?

All publishers websites, (third party offerings), any website that includes back issues with any subscription offer and all websites that exist outside the continental United States. If you find a lower price at a U.S. company not listed above which has similar channels of distribution (stores, catalogs, Internet) that you would like us to match, we reserve the right to review your request and match that price in our sole discretion.

How do we calculate our net price?

Our net price is the final price that you pay after using any coupon offers, instant savings, and mail in savings offers. For example, if we sell a product for $10, with a $2 instant savings offer and $2 mail in savings offer, our net price is $6.

How do we handle a price match if the Web Competitor's advertised price or coupon includes an instant savings, mail-in rebate, gift card, or free promotional product offer?

We will match the Competitor's adjusted point of sale price which is calculated by deducting any instant savings offers that are applied at the point of sale, such as instant rebates and coupons. Mail-in rebates and other types of deferred savings are not deducted from the Web Competitor's price. We do not match our Competitors' offers for gift cards, gift checks, or free promotional products.

Are there any other exclusions to the Low Price Guarantee?

We do not match Competitor's service prices, including but not limited to delivery, gift wrapping, installation, warranties and other services or items sold on Internet auction sites or at special events (e.g. grand openings, closeouts, clearances, liquidations, anniversary sales). Also we will not price match taxes, typographical errors or special offers from a manufacturer/publisher. The Guarantee is not effect for purchases made on Tuesday's.

Will we provide a price match if the Competitor does not have the item in stock or states that quantities are limited?

No. Sometimes a Web Competitor will advertise a low price for a product while having only a limited supply of the item. If our Web Competitor is out of stock, or states in their ad that quantities are limited, the product is not eligible for the Low Price Guarantee. We reserve the right to verify that our Competitor has the product in stock at the low price.

What if you find a lower price at an affiliated website, or at our website?

We sell through multiple channels of distribution including catalogs, retail stores, the Internet, and contract delivery. As a result, our prices may vary, higher or lower, in any channel at any given point in time. If you find a lower price on our website, within 7 days of your purchase, we will match the price if the item is in-stock. Ad errors, items advertised as clearance or while supplies last, and offers advertised as available as an exclusive are also excluded from this offer. We do not match prices offered to our contract customers.

Do we include delivery charges in the price match guarantee?

Yes. When we compare our price to a Competitor's price, the equivalent delivery charges will be included when we calculate the price of the Competitor's product. If the Competitor's delivery charges are not provided, a minimum of $9.95 will be added to the Competitor's price. Delivery fees are subject to change without notice.

Prices and the availability of items are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to limit the quantity sold including the right to refuse orders to resellers. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any purchase made contrary to the terms of any offer, discount, promotion or coupon or that otherwise is not in compliance with our Terms of Use or applicable state and federal law.
